Owner Cameron Palmer opened this British pub in honor of his father's heritage and parked a red double-decker bus outside. The pub is a cavernous place with multiple rooms, nooks, and crannies smashed together in what feels more like a series of happy accidents than a coherent floor plan. Just about every available surface area hosts some kind of knock-knack or sign. Extensive menu, kitchen is open until 10pm!

Well worth the drive, Auri's open mic at Cameron's Pub in wind-swept Half Moon Bay has a vibrant community of eager participants of all ages, truly excellent sound, a fantastic, attentive audience...all of that, and an extensive dinner menu to boot. Aside from a break during the pandemic, the open mic at Cameron's has been going on for almost 30 years. This open mic would be perfect for anglophiles and folks who enjoy a drive out to the coast, are into classic folk tunes, and appreciate an attentive audience and good sound system.
