Simple Pleasures Open Mic

Be part of the fun every Thursday

This cafe has been family owned and operated since 1978. A real hub for the community in the Outer Richmond, it's not unusual to see clusters of people of all ages gathered on the benches out front.

Simple Pleasures open mic is predominantly music acts with a bit of poetry sprinkled in. Hosting rotates between a few locals who run the event. Your best bet if you want to get on the list is to show up no later than 6pm, as most nights it fills up quick.

The Simple Pleasures Open Mic is perfect for performers of all ages, family acts, and anyone who wants to be energized by the warm Outer Richmond neighborhood's welcoming, community-first spirit.
